Business Administration Apprenticeship
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Member Services Team. This 12-month Apprenticeship vacancy is ideal those aged 17-25 and interested in achieving in Business Administration through on-the-job training.
This position will be responsible to the Office Manager. As a Member Services Apprentice, you will be involved in delivering a high level of customer service and best value in an effective and efficient manner learning all aspects of credit union business. You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint together with online access including the use of email. This will greatly assist you with the learning of this role and the use of membership software. On a day-to-day basis you will be expected to work within the Member Services team assisting members with their account transactions and enquiries, administration & processing of applications together with reaching out to members using various communication methods including social media, chat, telephone and email. From time to time you may be asked to cover our Preston office or attend external events and use of own car with business insurance cover and full driving licence would be an advantage.
This is a full-time post with hours of work, 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based primarily at our Hutton office. The Apprenticeship salary is reviewed as you work towards the Business Administration NVQ qualification Level 2 progressing to Level 3. Starting salary is £11,115 per annum (£5.70ph) with Annual Leave of four weeks, Bank Holidays and entry into the Group Pension scheme.
