Business Administration Apprenticeship
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Member Services Team. This Apprenticeship opportunity is ideal for an enthusiastic and keen college/university leaver interested in achieving a Business Administrator Level 3 Diploma through on-the-job training.
A business admin qualification level 3 is designed to help those learning in an administration role to enhance their skills and develop their career in a number of different business industries, such as marketing, human resources, accounting, computing and customer care. The programme will allow you to build skills with guidance from your colleagues, in-depth training, work-shadowing and one-to-ones. There are a multitude of modules and optional modules and these will be agreed with you at the start of your training.
This position will be responsible to the Office Manager and as a Member of the office team you will be involved in delivering a high level of customer service and best value in an effective and efficient manner whilst learning all aspects of the qualification and our credit union business.
Qualifications – You are required to hold 5 or more GCSE qualifications; These should include English and Maths at grade C or above (4 or above under the new grading system). You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint together with use of email. This will greatly assist you with the learning of this role and the use of membership software.
On a day-to-day basis you will work within the Member Services team assisting members with their account transactions and enquiries, administration & processing of applications together with reaching out to members using various communication methods including social media, chat, telephone and email.
This is a full-time Apprenticeship post, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based primarily at our Hutton office. The Apprenticeship salary is reviewed as you work towards the Business Administration NVQ qualification Level 3. Starting salary is £11,115 per annum (£5.70ph) with Annual Leave of four weeks, Bank Holidays and entry into the Group Pension scheme.
